2. Description of Service

ConfigureX provides browser-based 3D product configuration tools, including:

• Die-line generation and packaging design tools
• 3D visualization and mockup creation
• AI-powered texture and pattern generation
• Export capabilities for print and web
• API access for enterprise integrations

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. License and Usage Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Services: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ConfigureX for your legitimate business or personal use, subject to your subscription tier.

Export Rights: Paid plans include commercial rights to exports. Free tier exports are for personal/non-commercial use only.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our proprietary technology
• Use our services to create competing products
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

6. Payment and Subscriptions

For paid services:

• Prices are in EUR and subject to applicable taxes
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or upon your request. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

ConfigureX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
